The website presents the IT, cloud and virtualization infrastructure services offered by NetLoom. The information is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contractual offer; any engagement is established through a separate agreement.

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to any systems, and not to engage in activities that may affect the operation, security or availability of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts at NetLoom's registered office.

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national law.
